Cannabis 'won't be reclassified'

Home Secretary Charles Clarke is expected to rule out reclassifying cannabis, in a statement on Thursday. The drug was downgraded from class B to class C two years ago but concerns over a link between cannabis use and mental illness have mounted since.

Mr Clarke ordered a review of the reclassification last year - saying the move had confused the public. He is expected to launch a public information campaign, rather than changing cannabis back to class B.

Hurrah. Sit back and smoke a bowl!

Hi Em, nice to see you.

I'm on the cynical wing, you'll be surprised to hear! There is evidence that Osama died a few years ago;

but the corporate war machine needs a bogeyman so the myth is perpetuated that he is still the devil incarnate. If he was responsible for 9/11 I think it inconceivable that the might of the US army, CIA, FBI whatever haven't found him and bought him to justice. He's a sick old man on dialysis - how har can it really be to track him down? It show's the emptiness of Bush's solemn promise made on the ruins of the twin towers to track him down. Bush couldn't find his ass with both hands.
