MPs have voted by huge margins to ban smoking from all pubs and private members' clubs in England. Ministers offered a free vote amid fears of a Labour backbench rebellion against government plans to exempt clubs and pubs not serving food. MPs decided by a margin of 328 to ban smoking from all pubs. They then voted by 200 to extend this to clubs.
Well don't say I didn't warn you.

I'm running a bar up in Bonny Scotland and we have the ban coming in at the end of March. Up here they have gone further. "You may not smoke in any enclosed workplace" this means you can't even smoke in a company car...

What happened to my freedom of choice? Freedom to smoke, freedom to work (Or not work) in a place where people smoke?
